As a teacher, how can I make transliteracy the norm and not an anomaly, empowering students to evaluate the appropiate medium to use for daily learning tasks? It often seems that students have predetermined tasks or times in which they are told which medium to use to convey their thougths. I am interested in encouraging teachers and administrators to shift to a new mindset that embraces flexibity.

I really like the design of your WordPress website, Alison! Wonderful colors and simplicity! Also, your essential question deals with an important issue… that of challenging students to think outside of the box and be creative! For this to happen, teachers must also be flexible.
